1. Terms & Conditions

Fashion Runway International is under sole-proprietorship of Arun Kumar T, also known as Arun Ratna, a renowned fashion choreographer & grooming coach.

By accessing or participating in the online voting on fashionrunwayinternational.com, you agree to the following terms:

  • All votes are final and cannot be changed once submitted.
  • Each vote is processed only after successful payment.
  • Any misuse, bot voting, or fraudulent activity may result in disqualification without notice.
  • The voting is conducted fairly, and results are based solely on the number of valid votes received.

2. Revenue Share & Winner Reward Policy

  • Each contestant receives 80% of the total amount raised through their individual votes.
  • The remaining 20% is retained by the organization for operational and platform costs.
  • The contestant with the highest votes in their category, which can be monitored via leaderboard, will receive 100% of the vote proceeds along with the “People’s Choice” Trophy during the finale.

3. Refund Policy

All payments made for voting are non-refundable. Once a vote is cast and payment is processed, no refund can be issued under any circumstances.

In case of a duplicate transaction or technical error, please contact us within 24 hours at fashionrunwayindia@gmail.com with proof of transaction.

4. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Any personal information submitted for voting (such as your name, email, and payment details) will only be used for processing the vote and verifying authenticity.

  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
  • All transactions are securely processed through Razorpay.
  • Displayed USD equivalents are approximate; actual conversion rates depend on your card issuer and may vary. Fashion Runway International is not responsible for any exchange rate discrepancies.
  • Your email may be used to send transaction confirmations or important voting-related updates only.

5. Voting Eligibility

  • Voting is open to all individuals, regardless of age, nationality, or location.
  • By participating in the voting process, you acknowledge that real monetary transactions are involved.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the voter to ensure they understand the process before proceeding.
  • Fashion Runway International will not be held liable for any mistaken or unauthorized payments made during voting.
  • Voters are encouraged to read all terms, conditions, and policies before casting their vote.

By casting your vote, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above. Your vote serves as your digital signature of acceptance.
